Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026
This policy explains what data Mira AI Sakhi collects when you use our website and learning platform, why we collect it and how you can control it.
Information we collect
We collect only what the platform needs to run your account and your learning.
- Account details you provide: name, email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
- Profile details you choose to add, such as an avatar and preferred language.
- Learning activity: enrolments, lesson progress, notes, bookmarks and completion records.
- Payment records: order and payment identifiers, amount, currency and status returned by our payment processor.
- Technical logs needed to keep the service secure and available.
How we use your data
We use your data to give you access to purchased courses, track your progress, issue certificates, process payments, provide support and keep the platform secure.
Payments
Card and UPI details are entered directly with our payment processor, Razorpay, and are never stored on Mira AI Sakhi servers. We retain only the order reference, amount and status needed for your receipt and for support.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who run parts of the platform on our behalf — our hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, our email sender and our payment processor — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service or to meet a legal obligation.
Retention
Account and learning records are kept while your account is active so you keep access to the courses you bought. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile from your account settings, and you can contact us to request a copy of your data or its deletion. Write to us using the details on the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered learners by email.
This page is maintained by the Mira AI Sakhi team and describes our current practices. It is not legal advice — please have your own counsel review it before relying on it commercially.
